IsoAnalysis UG was founded in 2010 in Berlin by Dr. Martin Rosner as a spin-off from the BAM Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing.
As a globally operating, research-related company, IsoAnalysis UG implements the transfer of isotope analysis methods from research into broad commercial and non-commercial application.
The isotopic portfolio established at IsoAnalysis UG includes the elements lithium, boron, strontium, neodymium and lead. However, at the customer’s request other isotope ratio determinations can also be offered.
All measurements of isotope ratios are carried out after element-specific matrix separations with thermal ionsation mass spectrometry (TIMS) or ICP mass spectrometry (MC-ICP-MS). The use of multi-collector mass spectrometers enables measurements of very precise isotope ratios and also has a positive effect on the measurement uncertainty of the test results.
